KLCC AREA.   Attracting a trendy crowd, Modesto's is cozy yet happening. The street side restaurant is known for great food, while the adjoining bar—Retro— has a pulsing dance floor that rocks late into the night. Friday nights are busiest. Bonuses: discounted happy hour drinks from 5pm-10pm and specials for female partygoers on ladies' night (Wednesday).
