5. Telawi Street Bistro

Telawi Street Bistro is almost an institution in Bangsar. It has the same management team as the La Bodega chain but the Chef here is special. He has made Telawi Street Bistro together with Hakka Republic among the two best Bistros in town. Their bar upstairs used to be a happening place in Bangsar's hey day but the crowd in Bangsar has changed and the Bar while it does attract a motley crowd of expats does not have that zing to it. The food however is still excellent with a great Black Cod, lamb shank and other solid items.
