5. Nasi Kandar Pelita

I do NOT rate Pelita highly. They do have many outlets in Kuala Lumpur but their preparation of curries is very basic compared to many other Indian or even Nasi Kandar outlets. In contrast Kayu is much better or Anwars in Bangsar

Pelita may have the most outlets but food wise it has a long way to go. The curries are poor and the spices used have not been seasoned i.e cooked long enough before the main ingredients i.e the chicken or beef or fish are added. Plenty of better options in Kuala Lumpur
