3. Gonbei

GOLDEN TRIANGLE.   Diners at this Japanese eatery in the glitzy Starhill Gallery enter through a raked Zen garden, beneath a bamboo canopy. The décor is a visual feast, and the food is equally sublime. Many feel that Gonbei offers the most authentic Japanese food in Malaysia - the Japanese grill, or robatayaki, gives diners a quintessential experience of ceremony and culture.
