5. Coconut Joe's

DOWNTOWN.   Tiki torches, longboards, palm trees, and a tropical atoll mural – Coconut Joe's brings a touch of the Caribbean to this Mississippi River town. The youngish crowd usually floods in late to enjoy good music and terrific drink prices, all under the watchful eyes of the surfing monkey. Its a young bar... People just go to grind up on one anouther. And the bathrooms are the worst of all the bars for sure. Yuck!

Fun! The DJ kept the party going and the young crowd made it easy to feel young again. The staff was very friendly and polite. This place made an out-of-towner feel right at home.
