4. Starlite Lounge

DOWNTOWN.   Located above the Buzzard, this cool cocktail lounge recollects the style and glib attitude of old-school Vegas. From speakers tucked around the room floats the soothing voice of Old Blue Eyes, making it so very easy to slide into a cozy pleather chair and let a Starlight martini cap off the day – the Candy Apple and Margaratini are particularly good. This is the best place to have a nice old fashioned cocktail in LaCrosse! Wonderful setting, great music, comfortable seating, service is awesome, and if you want to actually talk and have a conversation, this is the best place!! My favorite!!

Absolutely horrible service..You'll wait for an half hour for a drink and be ignored by some waitress..Used to be good.
