LES ÉBOULEMENTS.   One of the best ways to explore the gorgeous Charlevoix countryside in winter is by dogsled, and Chenil du Sportif in Les Éboulements offers a variety of short and long-term excursions. While out, you'll get the chance to see some of the region's furrier residents: foxes, beavers, rabbits and maybe even the occasional bear or wolf. The overnight trips include traditional Québec meals. Be sure to make reservations well in advance. A $25 deposit is required when you register.   (© 10Best)
