BAIE-ST-PAUL.   Located at the crossing of Racine and St-Jean-Baptiste Streets, just across from the home of Baie-Saint-Paul's famous painter René Richard, Le Saint-Pub proudly serves the delightful brews of the nearby Microbrasserie Charlevoix. Indeed, Québec micro-beer is special, and not just because it contains more alcohol than its US counterparts. In the warmer months, you'd be remiss not to find yourself a table that overlooks the action on Racine and sample a refreshing ale like Copine Blonde, Copine Rousse or dark Misère Noire.
