WEST LAFAYETTE.   A classroom of sorts for students taking courses in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Stone Hall's HTM Cafe is a good place to stop for lunch while giving the Purdue campus the old once-over. Menu items vary, but you can count on a good array of choices, from hot entrees like parmesan-baked chicken and roast prime rib au jus to wraps and homemade soups.
