LAFAYETTE.   A neighborhood staple since the 1930s, Parkside serves hearty portions of neighborly service, good conversation, and homestyle cooking. Choose from such classic American dishes as fried catfish, prime rib, or NY strip, or if it's too early for a big meal, hamburgers, breaded tenderloins, and Polish sausages are just the thing. Keep your eyes peeled for daily lunch and dinner specials too. In addition, regulars are won over by reasonable beer prices.
