Every time we visit our daughter at Purdue we make reservations at La Scala. Coming from Chicago we're used to good restaurants and La Scala is one of the best. So well priced and everything is just delicious.

The pasta dishes are excellent and the new menu options have several nice fish selections.

The food is not that exquisite and quite bland in general. For what they are charging, there should be tablecloths and a less cramped dining space. Basically, it was the sort of dining experience you could get at any chain restaurant- just not that
