2. Cooley Gardens

lovely local paradise
Cooley Gardens are gorgeous! I've taken my kids there several times and have escaped there alone to admire the well-kept grounds and roving bush paths. The stone steps and pavilion reveal its older, more romantic period, and the bench and trellis towards the back parking lot are so picturesque. This is also not too far from another lovely garden Frances Park on Moores River Pkwy.

It was a very beautiful and a new experience. It is very nice that someone takes the time to do all that work. I don't think people really take the time to appreciate the good things Lansing has to offer. I hope that it continues to be well kept for others to enjoy its beauty.
