The Buzz -- Thinking about adopting a new pet? Join the Potter Park Zoo for an interactive informational event discussing, “America’s Most Wanted (and Least Investigated) Pets,” on Saturday, September 19, 2009 from Noon to 4 p.m. Presentations will focus on how to investigate and find the right pet for your family. The event will also highlight several exotic pets that may not be suitable for families and explain the complications that can arise from adopting these animals. This event is free to Zoo Society members. Regular zoo rates apply to nonmembers. Parking is $2 for Ingham County residents and $4 for non-residents.
