OKEMOS.   Patrons create their own stir-fried dishes at this popular Lansing restaurant, which pays tribute to traditional Mongolian banquet halls. In such places, the fierce Kublai Khan and his minions would feast on the bounty of their hunts after the food was prepared on a huge griddle. In that spirit, patrons can take the "interactive" approach to mealtime.
