GSC is now known as The Adventuredome, and is the perfect diversion for families visiting Las Vegas. Admission is free (just to walk around) and you purchase an all-day wristband or individual ride tickets. There is a good mix of "big" rides and "kiddie" rides. The Canyon Blaster coaster is short but excellent. It takes you through two loops and a double corkscrew in it's flight around the dome. The Inverter is another incredible ride that is a hybrid of the "falling star" and "looping starship" type rides. There is also a motion simulator ride that is very good. They just changed the ride film and I haven't yet seen the new one. There is also a cool little lazer tag game that is good for kids of all ages. Overall, Adventuredome is a great place to spend an afternoon. Don't expect to come here and spend all day, there aren't enough rides to keep even the most gung-ho kid amused for more than a few hours. Still, I highly recommend it.
