10. Valley of Fire State Park

Valley of Fire was one of the most beatiful places I've ever seen. The rock formations were absolutely breathtaking. The drive through the desert is really cool too. We stopped at a casino on an Indian reservation we were passing through just to say we did it. We saw all kinds of little rocks stacked up to look like little memorials all along the drive. Don't know what they're there for but we stopped to look at some of those too. It's less than an hour from Vegas and gets you out of the casinos for a day so rent a car and go see something you'll never forget. It's a great place for picture taking and really close to Vegas. You can see the whole park and be back on the strip in 4-6 hours, depending on how much to stop and get out. Google Valley of Fire and look at the pictures. That place is amazing.
