The Buzz -- Leave it to Glitter City to put on one of the hottest New Year's Eve parties. Each year, Fremont Street and the Strip host an enormous pyrotechnic display, and more than ten separate "launching sites" stretch from the Excalibur to Downtown Las Vegas.
