THE STRIP.   Past the crowds gathered around the dancing leprechauns (really!) at O'Shea's is a bar in the back, located by the beer pong tables. It's a little more quiet and ranks as the cheapest place on the Strip (drinks are free if you're playing video poker!). The bartenders there are cheerful, funny, and prompt – it's also the only place on the Strip where you won't have to wait to be served.   (© 10Best)
