52. Garfield's Restaurant On the Lake

Garfield's Restaurant on the Lake in Summerlin has just opened and so far so GREAT! Chef Jean-David Groff-Daudet brings his classic French restaurant training to this American-style casual dining spot that sits next to a very pretty small lake. The menu features grilled steaks, grilled fish, a delectable "French Pizza" made with creme fraiche and small pieces of ham and a thin crispy crust. Salads include a Chopped Salad, a Nicoise Salad and the soups are homemade. I recently tried grilled salmon and a chocolate souffle for dessert and they were delicious, and cooked to perfection. They have a full bar and a nice wine list, and a children's menu too.
