8. The Buffet at Bellagio

Really Tasty
I have been to the Bellagio buffet on several occasions. Each time the food has been tasty. I enjoyed everything from the sushi to gelato. The pizza was also delicious. It is inconsistent but it's still a good choice.

It's was a good experience
I went to the Bellagio buffet with my eight year old son. We loved the variety. He enjoyed all the fish and meat choices, along with the sushi, they made something special for him. I enjoyed the fruit selection and the desserts. I don't think that it was great enough for us to go back to on our next trip. I think it's worth a try though.

Wynn was the key... the key is gone!!!
Detail and perfection blended with taste and unique dishes were always the standard and since Steve Wynn left the buffet is without any of that. Witnessed cooked salmon dumped from the plastic package it was shipped and cooked in, dropped straight into the serving tray. Not the appearance I would expect from a place with the reputation of the Bellagio. No flavor to anything, all of the unique dishes have been swapped for "SAMS CLUB' type entrees, I swear I saw that same plastic bag at sams club. NOT worth the money... GO TO WYNN.. it's what the Bellagio used to be.

Very good place to eat if you like the fancy menu items. Pricey but worth the price of admission. Don't bring kids here because they don't serve hot dogs and hamburgers. Great place to bring a guest who has never experienced a Vegas buffet.

We went for lunch and the waitress was good, but that was all. The food was les than mediocre. It is the worst arranged buffet I have ever eaten at! Period! I use a cane, but can't when getting my food. I had to wait 15 minutes in the salad line to get to the carving tables. What a waste of time for what I got. The only beef was flank steak like and was so tough it was like eating a car tire and I could not eat it. The turkey was tasteless. I went back for some ribs and salmon, this time cutting in line, and the carver was obnoxious. He told a Vietnamese gentleman, that also cut in next to me, to go the front of the line, and when he did not, the server walked away. We waited and waited for another carver to come back, and several minutes later he did, but making rude remarks. The ribs were not even OK and the smoked salmon was like shoe leather. Again a waste of time for the pain, but no gain! I was expecting wonders when we went to the Bellagio Buffet from all of the hoop-la, but left wondering if we had gone to the right place. Extremely over rated, poor selection, far too costly for what you get and the layout is phenomenally poor. Salad bars are usually on their own island, but not here! It is as if they want you to get your salad and hot food all at the same time, cutting down on how much you can take. Be forewarned! If you have the same experience, you were told! I would never go back even if the price was a normal buffet price. I did eat a worse buffet once, 20 years ago. Don't waste your money. But then again maybe dinner is better?

Without a doubt. The best buffet in town. Period.

Fantastic buffet with loads of interesting dishes that are well prepared and presented. This is not one of those all-you-can-eat-for-ten-bucks places. And it can be busy - but you will actually enjoy the meal, and you won't walk away disappointed.
