Chewy Prime Rib The prime rib here was not good at all. It was too chewy. I had a much better prime rib at their place in L.A. There, the prime rib melted in your mouth. It was so good that I now use it as my standard guage of measure. I haven't had a better prime rib since then!! I'm still looking!!
