EAST LAS VEGAS. At Sergio's, faux columns, silk greenery, and wall murals are meant to evoke ancient Rome; while the decor isn't fully authentic, patrons agree that the food certainly is. The amiable waitstaff is happy to start you off with salmon carpaccio or fried calamari with tomato sauce. Pasta entrées, served with your choice of minestrone soup or house salad, include penne alla vodka and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. Baked pastas, chicken, beef, veal, and fish dishes are also served. Conclude your dining experience with a shot or two of Sergio's famed espresso.

Enjoy the festivities and super-friendly waitstaff as you admire the marble accents and glass-domed ceiling.

THE STRIP. One of celebrity-chef Emeril Lagasse's brainchildren, this Big Easy-style steakhouse has received more than its fair share of positive publicity. Vaulted ceilings, a working petit grand piano, and French doors carry the New Orleans theme to the hilt. Meanwhile, a wine list that very nearly dwarfs the Las Vegas telephone directory lets diners know that "high living" is not taken lightly. House specialties are too many to list, but stalwarts include a fabulous NY strip, a bone-in rib-eye, and a brilliant porterhouse. The professional waitstaff, groomed to be both attentive and courteous, help to make this one truly unforgettable dining experience.

EAST LAS VEGAS. An east side standard for more than 20 years now, Geisha offers diners a traditional Japanese steakhouse setting, complete with the quintessential hibachi tables, flashy chefs, and large portions. Families especially enjoy watching the chefs do their thing – creating fabulous sesame chicken, steak, scallop, shrimp, and lobster teppan-yakis. Best of all, their prices are much more reasonable than some of Vegas's other Japanese steakhouses.

Lobster tail, seafood salad, catfish, and a lavish assortment of shrimp are always available. Long lines and a busy dining room are indicative of the quality to be found on the buffet.

THE STRIP. Like the Wynn's other dining establishments, The Buffet offers superior cuisine and atmosphere. Seventeen chef stations allow for an abundance of fine cuisine: Sushi, glazed salmon, steamed mussels, king crab legs, rack of lamb, grilled vegetables, and pesto mashed potatoes are just a few of the choices. American, Mexican, Southern, and Italian dishes are all available, including barbecue and pizza. And happily, there's no rock-hard pound cake on the dessert bar; instead, you can devour tiramisu, madeleines, and chocolate mousse.
