Entrees ring up at $6 each, which is an amazing bargain considering the zesty, well-portioned dishes you get. Jambalaya often goes fast, thick with sausages and chicken, but you can also indulge in gumbo, red beans, crawfish, etouffee, and more. This little Cajun & Creole joint is located in the heart of Chevy Chase and is going to be opening a second store in Triangle Center in March 2006. These guys cook the most authenic Cajun food I've had outside of New Orleans and the best part is that all their entrees are $5 (tax included) or you can select any two dishes for $6.
