BAIRRO ALTO. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all enjoyed in this charming teahouse. Pastries and cakes are enticing, especially the famous whipped-cream cakes and fresh croissants. In the heart of the Historical Lisbon, I found the not less historical "Benard" about to celebrate its 200 anniversary. The food is great, the pastry excellent and the croissants to die for.
