XABREGAS. Diners enjoy the regional dishes from Alto Alentejo in an extremely casual setting. Any selection off the menu is delightful. Meal selections include roast pork with clams, a bowl of caldo verde (similar to a vegetable and potato soup), or acorda (a thick soup made with bread, oil, and seasonings).
