BELÉM. This exquisite restaurant, a favorite of the former president of the Republic, is one of the finest in Lisbon. The imaginative gourmet menu offers dishes inspired by Paris and Portugal. Recommended choices include the crab soup or the signature filet of bass a la Justa (named after the head chef). If the tempting selections are too difficult to choose from, O'Nobre himself will be happy to offer a suggestion. The superb service includes a doorman to park cars.
