10. Toltec Mounds Archeological State Park

The Toltec Mounds are Arkansas's tallest reminders of Native America, a historic government and ceremonial area that was inhabited from 600 A.D. until 1050 A.D. A visitor center with exhibits, an audio-visual display and archeological research laboratory can be seen on the guided tour over the three-quarter mile barrier-free trail.   (© 10Best)
