10. Terrace on the Green

The ambience is casually elegant, and the food is some of the best to be found in Little Rock. Garlic shrimp and goat's cheese flamed with brandy are appetizer choices. Entrées run the gamut from Almond Encrusted Grouper to Pork Loin Quesadillas. The chef's signature dessert is chocolate brulee awash in a raspberry sauce.
