This is a fabulous neighbourhood restaurant with a top class chef who has worked all over the world before setting up in Birkdale. They are getting requests for bookings for the 2008 British Open Golf Championship in Birkdale. Great fish dishes on the menu include scallops with taboulleh, and sea trout with minted new potatoes and a red onion and apple salad. Yum!
