1. 60 Hope Street

We visited at Christmas time and we were impressed by the food, which was delicious and well presented. The service was mainly good, although the after-dinner cognac failed to materialize. Our table for two was between two other tables for two - with just a few inches between the tables, thus giving the impression of sitting at a table for six with strangers. Because of this, we left earlier than we normally would. Hopefully this squeeze was due to the heavy Christmas demand. The food and surroundings were so good that we will give it another try.
