How does a man who is 6'3" sleep in a house that is only 6 feet wide? This is one question that many have pondered while visiting the smallest house in Britain. In 1900, a fisherman of that stature had to move out of this tiny residence because the dwelling was legally confirmed as unsuitable for human tenancy. The 16th century house is now open for the public to see how one man cooked, slept, and bathed in such a small space. Only about two skinny people can fit inside the house at any one time, so just hand the lady on the door a coin, pop your head in, and then be on your way.
