LLANSANFFRAID GLAN.   Preferring to keep its exquisite restaurant as intimate as the country house, The Old Rectory offers just six tables, and guests are given top priority. If you're fortunate enough to secure a reservation, you'll enjoy an elegant meal prepared under the tutelage of chef Wendy Vaughan. Her prix fixe menus feature local fish, white meat, or seasonal game dishes and are extraordinary. Diners must arrive before 7:30pm to be seated – dinner is served promptly at 8:15pm.
