Nestled below an ornate green metal arcade draped with lush, colorful hanging baskets is this charming wine bar and coffee shop. Victorian prints adorn the walls, light music plays softly in the background, and each table features a vase of colorful roses or chrysanthemums. A wide variety of food options is on-hand, from light sandwiches, pizzas, and omelets to specials listed on a blackboard. Coffee, tea, desserts, and wines are also available.

Having visited this establishment on two previous occasions, we made a bee line for this place again recently. Admittedly, they were busy, but the manager/proprieter (dark hair, glasses) refused us access, via the waitress, because we had four your children, making it so blatently obvious it was because of the ages of my children. When confronted on her extreme rudeness, she said it was because the wait would be too long for the children, which given a clear explanation, I would have agreed, however it was her unprofessional, undiplomatic approach which furied my anger. Professionalism and customer care is a requirement in the field of catering, something this woman clearly lacks within a busy environment. Will never visit again.

I, with my mum and dad have visited Llandudno a number of times, and recently we had an afternoon drink there. My mother and father ordered Cappucinos and they commented that they were the best they tasted in a while. I had a hot chocolate with cream and cocoa sprinkles, and it really lifted my taste buds up! This particular cafe who's staff are friendly, happy to be doing the job, and commited to ensure you get what your money's worth deserves nothing but praise. It is definitley a place not to miss experiencing when visiting Llandudno.
