MARYLEBONE.
This park, a short trip north from the city center, offers lots of leisure opportunities and attractive views. Formerly a royal hunting ground, the space was originally the Crown's domain, and its main features were designed by John Nash. These days, St. Mary's Gardens are popular for strolling and lounging, and tennis courts attract a sporting crowd. On cool evenings, area residents take pleasure in strolling down the two-mile Outer Circle. Regent's Park is also home to the London Zoo. TUBE: Regent's Park or Baker Street or Great Portland Street
