Be very careful on Golden Tours. The attractions are great however, the guide let the group go on their own in Stratford and assigned several meeting points. He forgot to come to one of his own assigned meeting points which left my young daughter and I and another traveler stranded for over and hour. When we found him smoking and having coffee at a cafe, he yelled that we were not at the meeting spot and that if we did this again he would leave us. Note: we were exactly where we were told to be 15 minutes earlier than we were suppose to be. I will not take a Golden Tour again.

We took a family of 10 on a trip through Windsor Castle, Bath and Stonehenge. It was a wonderful trip which was certainly highlighted by our tour guide who was incredible. His knowledge and willingness to answer any questions throughout the day long trip was excellent. We could not have asked for a better tour guide.

I found the front desk people to be extremely helpful, and the tour guides are very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.
