KNIGHTSBRIDGE.   The aptly-named Townhouse occupies an elegant, ivy-covered stone dwelling that's been around for more years than anybody can remember. At times, it's been a residence, antique shop, wine bar, and seafood restaurant. Today, the three-level Townhouse is a place where well-heeled guests socialize in intimate, upscale environs and enjoy inventive post-work cocktails, fine wines, and a menu of international treats from a tapas-style menu.
