BELGRAVIA.   In business since 1959, this wine bar is the eldest sibling of a family that includes Carriages Bar and Restaurant and Joe's Brasserie. Ebury Wine Bar offers a distinctly upscale locale for gathering at the close of day. The international menu provides eclectic dishes like baked sea bream with tomato-coriander relish and confit rabbit legs with shiitake dressing.
