KENSINGTON.   The big danger in this purple-painted palace is that you'll spend so long choosing your tea – at least 200 varieties are on offer – that you'll run out of time to enjoy the rest of the experience. And experience it is, with delicately trimmed sandwiches and cakes and biscuits that almost cry out to be nibbled.
