Had reservations for 2 at 10pm on a weeknight. The RUDE staff made us wait until just after 11pm. The dining room was uncomfortably noisy, and all the patrons were getting increasingly drunk. Even though the assist. manager offered us a free dinner the "next" time we're in London (yeah, right) we most certainly won't be returning. Horrible staff, less than mediocre food. Skip it.
