To enter, ring the doorbell, and a waiter will seat you in a cozy, elegant room as tastefully decorated as a private residence would be. Then there's the food: foie gras terrine, rabbit with artichoke and country toast, organic chicken with stuffed morels, sweetcorn and young leek.
