You may enjoy roasted sea scallops from the Isle of Skye with octopus, black pudding tempura, cauliflower purée and parmesan velouté; or pan-fried fillets of John Dory with Cromer crab, caviar, crushed new potatoes and a basil vinaigrette. Desserts are noteworthy, as well, such as a bitter chocolate cylinder with coffee granité and ginger mousse. The mural-lined dining room is a luxurious retreat, and chairs upholstered in tan suede tempt folks to linger. 3-course prixe fixe lunch £40; dinner multi-course tasting menu £90.
