SURREY. Madhu's is probably the finest Indian restaurant in Southall, the home of Anglo-Indian cuisine. All the standard dishes are executed with aplomb, and there's an excellent vegetarian selection that could well tempt more than the occasional carnivore: treats such as chick peas in tomato, garlic and ginger qualify as quality on anyone's plate.
