FITZROVIA.   On stylish Charlotte Street, home to several interesting restaurants, Passione stands out, thanks to a pinkish exterior, pale aqua tiled walls, and portraits of Italian food. Even better than illustrations, though, are the dishes themselves. Dried carpaccio, tuna with celery and fennel, pasta parcels with spinach and ricotta, and pan-fried sea bass with asparagus are among the fresh specialties served with homemade rolls and foccaccia. I have to honestly say this was possibly THE WORST Italian (actually just restaurant food) I've ever tasted! My seafood pasta had a trace of seafood, plenty of undercooked pasta and a very old sauce! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY OTHER REVIEWS THIS WAS TRASH!!!
