CANARY WHARF.   Folks at Canary Wharf satisfy their raw fish cravings at this sushi bar, the more casual sibling of London's famed Nobu. The sleek geometry of the decor takes a backseat only to the view, which is maximized by walls made entirely of glass. The menu, too, boasts cutting-edge attitude, and some of its creative Japanese dishes boast unexpected South American flair – Dover sole with black bean sauce, king crab claw with butter ponzu sauce, Peruvian-style spicy rib-eye steak, and scallops with spicy garlic sauce.
