HOLLAND PARK.   Notting Hill locals count their lucky stars that celebrity chef Anthony Worrall-Thompson has set up shop at this fabulous eatery. For the menu, local farmers and markets arm Thompson and crew with supplies of free range chicken with Anthony's own little white suckling pig, fresh seafood, and calf's liver. Weekend brunches are particularly noteworthy, offering a sinful lineup of traditional British fare.
