1. Ardmore Restaurant

This historic country house offers a unique fine dining experience. First you place your order in a parlor, then socialize for a while, and, when your food is ready, a server will escort you to the comfortable dining room with views of the hotel's pond and gardens. The atmosphere is casual, and the food is delicious. The restsaurant sources organic vegetables, smoked salmon, free-range rare-breed pigs and the finest beef and duck, all chosen to create an award-winning menu. A good recommendation is the grilled mature Irish beef fillet with wild woodland mushroom sauce, or the baked wild sea trout.
