Located on the third floor of the historic Austin's department store, this rooftop restaurant offers one of the best panoramic views of the city. Nothing fancy is served, and the atmosphere is cafeteria-style. The menu consists of traditional lunch items: soups, sandwiches, stews, and daily specials. Pastries and coffee also are available.
