And yet you clearly have gone back multiple times. Which competitor are you associated with? ignore the previous review. This place is one of he best on LI.

If I could give this place a half star, I would. The service is slow, the food is good, (but try asking them to change anything - even a llttle bit) The new place is just as crazy noisy as the old place. The price is horrendously expensive when you consider the size of the portions. The desserts are good, but I have on more than one occasion had stale dessert (something they tell you NEVER happens, because they sell out so fast). I think the attraction is the fact that you can BYOB. Without that, this place would've been out of business long ago.
