4. Grimaldi's

GARDEN CITY.   If the name sounds familiar, that's because this is the younger sibling of Grimaldi's under the Brooklyn Bridge. They use only the freshest of ingredients, including mozzarella made right on the premises, to make their killer coal-oven baked pies. Grimaldi's consistently wins "Best of..." awards, and is a surefire Long Island favorite. Even if you may have to wait for a table on weekends, this is one pizzeria well worth visiting.
