1. Catfish Max

First off... they've moved! It wasn't easy but we finally tracked Catfish Max down! We found it on Naomi St. in Seaford about a mile or so west of the Adler Ct. address. My husband and I enjoyed our dinners (he had the black angus steak that was fork tender & a big enough portion that he enjoyed 'steak & eggs' for breakfast the next morning) I thoroughly enjoyed the soft shell crabs (a special) that was sauteed perfectly. The delicious fare combined with the attentive service and a perfect waterview, is why Catfish Max has become our new favorite Long Island restaurant!
